Shocking experience with Anza Flooring in Durbanville. After a site visit we asked whether screeding would be necessary before laying vinyl down. We were told its level enough. I asked for the installation team to inspect the floors to ensure it would be level and even. This request was denied. I was told the owner visited and said its level enough. Turns out it wasnt level enough and needed screeding. This was established before laying the floors. When i tried to address it with the owner i was told its not my job to inspect your floors to ensure its level, its your house you should know if its level or not. He changed his story multiple times to say it was level and then no it wasnt level. He was arrogant, rude and belligerent and has no customer service skills whatsoever. He also failed to return my numerous calls to resolve my query. I do not recommend their services and judging by the rest of the reviews here I am glad we got a refund of our deposit and are going elsewhere.

Ive waited 3.5 months for a simple blinds order and am still struggling to get the right blinds with the right parts. I have never received more shocking lack of service in my entire life, and with zero apology.

After contacting them 3 times to try and get a quote, they still never contacted us for a quote and they didnt even pitch for a scheduled site visit so that they could quote us on artificial grass. Very disappointed with the service even before the sale was made!

Anza flooring installed 150m2 of vinyl floors in our house June 2017. The quoting process and and friendliness of the employees in the Durbanville shop was fantastic. However, where it counts, the installation was poor. There was no supervision and no quality control. A senior person only came to site after complaints, but again did not do quality control after initial repairs. I had to complain again, for a second rework, we had to buy additional vinyl to do the repairs.. After paying, noting that there is still some areas that need fixing there is just no response. We still have loose vinyl and areas which is not level. Areas where repairs have been made and vinyl tile replaced the self leveling screed was damaged, thus we have vinyl with holes below them which gives way when you step on them.

We engaged with Micho Visser to complete an extension as part of a business linked to Anza Flooring. He completely failed to supervise the job properly and we have had to fix countless problems out of our own pocket as a result. The garage floor was re-worked 3 times and we eventually had to get our own contractor in to relay the floor from scratch. He refuses to acknowledge his responsibilities to fix his mess. I would not recommend working with him at all.

Worst After Sale Service Iv ever experienced!! After only 7 months, flooring needs repairing for the second. Vinyl boards are loose and sinking in already. Email after email after email I just get Well be in contact and then no response for weeks again. What kind of company decides to completely ignore after sale repairs / service ??? Its impossible to get hold of anyone. They take your money and disappear. THIEVES in my opinion. Be warned, STAY AWAY!!
