The center is neat and clean they dont have lots of equipment thats all.

Probably the only gym where you have to gym with a beanie and 2 long sleeve shirts! Not even taking a shower there warms you up. Extremely uncomfortable and definitely not healthy.

Nice gym, clean toilets, equipment, always hot water, the only thing is getting crowded in the evenings now and you have to wait sometimes for machine.

Very nice gym all round just a Lil small at the free weights area but otherwise perfect for a quick workout

Great gym and it is affordable. if i had not moved due to work placement, i would definitely still be a member there. i was a member for two years and i was not let down. The only down side was it gets over populated in the evenings.

WORST experience I have ever had at a gym. The staff at the gym do not understand their own terms and conditions, and company policies.I was told one thing when I joined, however, then found out later that this was not the case. I suffered financial loss as a result and all the staff could say was “sorry, we are new.” I had three different staff members help me when I joined and none of them understood their policies. I picked up multiple errors when joining and cancelling my membership. No one took responsibility and accountability for their errors.Furthermore, they have not had cards to access the gym for months and have no idea when this will be available?!The service is terrible and I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM. STAY AWAY.

The machines work properly and the staff is good, but slow to attend to people sometimes.

Very full but still a good gym.

Plenty of space, reasonably clean and never (at least in the 3 times Ive been) so busy that you wait for equipment. Very good access for wheelchairs, too.Better than some normal Virgin Active gyms Ive been to. My only quibble is that the music is too loud - I wear headphones but they are easily drowned out.

Close to home, very nice helpful staff and nicely laid out inside.

Nice and spacious, not so crowded in the mornings and very friendly staff. Always clean. Forgot/lost/misplaced two caps on different occasions in the gym, both return to me. Can get busy and crowded in the evenings. The open floor classes can be a bit intimidating but one quickly gets over it!

Location is convenient. Not too crowded. Front office staff are not professional or effective

Great place, really! From the outside, cant say from inside, as I am allergic to gym insides.

Gave 1 month notice of cancellation due to unemployment, got handed over 6 months later without any communication from Virgin Active. Now no one is coming back to my query regarding the handover

Modern facilities and great changerooms. Located outside the change room are valuable lockers which are monitored via security cameras. The only negative is parking is not secured so I recommend coming early while its light.

Its a great gym but hot water is a constant problem, especially in the mornings and repairs on equipment take long.

Very clean and vibey. They desperately need more squat racks, theres only 2 at the moment. My gym timeslot is a popular for alot of people, so I dont even get to use the racks at all

Cool, clean innovative gym. Offers all the necessary equipment.No saunas or steam rooms, but shower facilities are available.

Great compact facility that is well laid out and great service from fitness consults. Just wish it stayed open till late on Sundays. It closers at 3pm on Sundays.

Reasonable fees and professional service

Enjoy coming here, usually during quite hours but the feel is very relaxed and not at all pretentious. Good work out with helpful instructors and nice classes

Didnt see much progress being here. Its a nice gym with friendly staff, but personally its not for me.

Affordable and great workout machines. It is very easy to get out of the contract should one wish to terminate.
