This company is a joke!!! STAY FAR AWAY they owe me R573.91I made an order for pellets for my fire place on the 15 June and put shipping address etc as requested and shipping price was to be confirmed. I received this confirmation and made an EFT to Lava fires immediately, that was the last I heard from them...After an entire day of trying to get hold of them I did eventually on the 25 June of which the lady said she can see my order number and payment received but then told me they dont deliver... this took 10 days for me to call to find out although on my order says shipping addressThe lady said she would contact me back and I still wait for that call which was never received...On the 27 JUne I found a more efficient distributor and received the goods the next day anyway when I called Lava fires again after a dozen attempts to a line that rings and just switches off a lady said I need to email them so I did so, I never received one confirmation of my email and now on the 15 July I cant get hold of them again and they are sitting with my moneyI would appreciate if someone paid me back my money so I can wipe my hands clean of such a below standard setup

Very friendly staff and great prices

Ordered a braai with a few modification for which we have paid. On delivery we saw that none of the agreed modifications have been done. No help or feedback from lavafires as we had to pay before delivery and now nobody cares anymore. Therefor not to recommend. We dealt with Lava fires Johannesburg.
