After nearly two years of trying to get this company to fix my smoking fireplace, I am giving up with them and taking legal advice. They have installed two cowls, neither of which do the job they are supposed to, my cladding on the front of my fireplace is now smoke damaged beyond repair, my ceiling needs repainted and every time we light a fire we get smoked out.... I have called them over 20 times and sent numerous emails without response. Taken my money and run.....
