There grid cleaning steel brushes are pathetic. Will never buy again, last about 3 braais, wire come out in clumps and you have to be careful not to get wire in your meat.

I like the fire pit. Yes, as does my wife.But telling me to go buy something after the product comes out defective from packaging is a whole different ball game.Aint you suppose to get what you Originally pay for?

Lk Liquid screen protector is the best I have used. I love that it gives you three protectors and a lifetime warranty. I waited to put mine on to get a feel for my phone but once I did it felt the same if not better. It fits so perfectly I thought I didnt put it on at all.

My wife purchased an LK cast iron casserole through Yuppiechef. After using it only about a half dozen times, a piece of enamel about the size of a 5 Rand coin came off the bottom leaving the black cast iron exposed. Yuppiechef agreed that it should be replaced but then came back to say that LKs refused to replace it or refund us because it had been misused and it had been used at too high a temperature. Its a casserole - of course its going to be used at high temperatures!!Weve owned a Le Creuset casserole for 30 years and never had a problem with it. Appalling customer service from LKs - tried to make it our fault that their product is defective and not fit for purpose and no apology of course. Weve now bought a Le Creuset casserole to replace it. More expensive but at least it will last you a lifetime. Dont waste your money on an LK version.

Most unhelpful bunch I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Like pulling teeth to get help. Their support desk clearly knows very little about their products and what they sell.

I purchased a firepit for outdoor use. It soon started to rust. Management refused to replace or refund. Regretfully, it is not meeting my expectations for outdoor use at the coast.
