I called yesterday and spoke to Sam to purchase a set of visors for my Glock. Google does not help because there is a wide variety and since I searched for the same thing that Kobus put on my current Glock 17 and was terribly helpful at the time I can not say the same of Sam. Sam can not take a picture of the product because he likes his privacy ... I respect that. Sam could surely have gone the extra mile and taken a picture, sent it to the business email and sent it to me and thus protected his privacy even though I have no desire to call him after hours, fry with him or if not. What I requested was not unreasonably much effort and in todays economy I would think a company would put a little more effort into maintaining business. I even chatted with Hendrick and wanted to buy a 30-06 there, but another firearms store gave me the Trijicon and Glock options rather gewhatsapp of a private number ..... and I do not even intend to friend do not touch them .... I just wanted some service. So far .... Kobus and Hendrik have helped me a lot, but Sam ... you could not even convey a message or think out of the box to do something very simple.
