We always chopped and changed the service providers in the past, but no longer after dealing with Fire Equity Solutions. The office team is proactive and efficient. The site team is friendly and professional. Over the past two or three years there has always been at least one familiar face when the site team visits, so theyre clued up the premises and what to look out for, and they manage their job without me having to lead them every time. Exceptional team. You wont be disappointed!!!

I have been a receptionist in my younger days and this position is the most important position when it comes to either answering the phone or dealing with customers etc. Your receptionist or telephonist, Marion, at the Parow branch that I dealt with is the most pleasant, person I have ever dealt with. She did not have the product that I needed but was so kind as to give me other contacts to phone. I think she is a dedicated and a valuable member of staff and it has been a pleasure to deal with her. Well done Marion!!!!
