I am trying for a month to cancel my moms debit order. send all documents,they never came back to me. Worst service ever . be careful do not sign any debit orders with this company , to cancel with them is hell ,lots of stories and no help..Today 30 October 2020 money from debit order went of again. They phoned my mom in the old age home telling her they will subtract the money till end of December.Today 3 November - they still didnt fix my problem , yesterday i tried to phone and today how pathetic
