This is a scam, surely its fake. Months with these guys. No contact, no claims, mobile app is a joke. It pretty much doesnt work. Website is a clear scam. Canceled my debit orders and they ended up trying to still take them.Save yourself from joining this company.

Their customer service is a joke so firstly i wanted to change bank details they said i must provide them with a bank statement after a while i changed it on the chat site then i had problems with my bank so i closed my account opened a new account i changed my details after i forgot about my one plan that still needed to be deducted spoke to them they said it is fine they will reinstate my policy so today when i wanted to see my policy details i could not login spoke to someone and they said my policy has been canceled after they deducted 2 months premiums at end of feb and then deducted again on the 5th op march but my policy is canceled and after asking how many times the person did not respond at all so they have very bad customer service i am so disappointed that i made a decision to open a hospital plan with them. I have a baby of 2 years old and do have any answers of what is going on with my policy

After deducting premiums for months the company finally had a claim from me. They did not send the necessary PIN. They then promised to process the claim and did not. They changed the debit order amount without my permission. Client services are indifferent and argumentative. Not good at all. Avoid.
