There are too many reasons I am giving this FSP a 1 star, one reason is Google doesnt allow me to give them zero stars, my experiences are as follows...I approached Attooh! Melkbosstrand with the intentions of moving all my Short, Medical and Long-term Investments & Insurance over to them. I had a video meeting with their Branch Director & Financial Advisor and share sensitive information with him, after which he made a verbal agreement on the 29th of April 2020 to send me a Proposal by the 1st of May. I never received the above-mentioned proposal as promised, I gave him the weekend to work on it...Come Monday the 4th of May, I hear he is unable to send me the already overdue proposal due to a personal matter and would only be able to assist me by the 7th of May. I then called their Head Office and requested to speak to someone else at Attooh! who could assist me?I was called by whom I believe was there most Senior Branch Director & Financial Advisor (He never used a signature/footer in his emails, very unprofessional), who made many excuses & promises to provide me with the service and communication I hadnt received previously. He used Idioms with humour to instil a false sense of satisfaction and security. This was on the 7th of May.My last point and this is the BIG one - After applying for short term insurance through the Short Term Insurance advisor (this man was impeccable with his duties) and share private information with as well, I received notice that he was no longer allowed to work with me by order of the Branch Director & Financial Advisor, I felt this was complete misconduct and a childish reaction from a grown man. To deny a Sales employee a sale, due to a client being unhappy with the Branch Director & Financial Advisors inability to follow proper conduct and flow of communication.Be careful, there are snakes in this grass.
