Theres no water in the mornings. Cellphone reception (including mtn and vodacom) is the worst if you dont have wifi. Maintenance will take 2 months to fix a stove🥱. Kids play soccer on car parking and scratch tenants cars. Complex patrol act as if they are prison wardens or special forces and harass tenants 🤡

Simply queit, peaceful,and genuinely serene

Its a residential complex, with security at the gate, you have to call for gate to open. Exit is automatic. Kids play around in the complex peacefully.

Very cool and smart place

Lived here for 6mnths. Was very quite initially but got noisy with the complex being built next door. I rented a 2bed flat. Its very spacious and clean. The up upkeep is good and security is ok. The I lived in struggled with cellphone reception. It only got better if you stepped out the flat. On the whole a good place for someone starting out. The children playing outside and be troublesome sometimes.
