Im posting this review with the utter most disgusting service I received on Friday, 8th of October 2021 at The Fix Canal Walk. As a TFG customer I felt very humiliated and angry with the service Ive received on the day of Friday. The employers made me feel like I am some sort of criminal, I felt so uncomfortable doing my shopping that I completely left everything and left without anything. I will never set a foot there ever again!!

The shop is supposed to trade until 21h00 at night but their doors were shut at 20h45. Totally wasted my time driving all the way to Canalwalk.

The cashier at the front doesnt know what shes doing. The way she kept on insisting I give my ID number to check if I have an account even after I said 3 times that I didnt want to. I asked if they had a store card - she said no, I asked if the account was linked to TFG - she said no. Even though I have shopped online numerous times on the TFG website. The in-person experience was really disappointing.I felt like there was no point in her accessing my account because she gave me no information regarding loyalty points or anything useful for my purchase, other than the fact that she was nosy and wanted to know my name. I probably wont be going back in-store ever again, very disappointing, especially for a Canal Walk branch.

The staff is so unprofessional and rude. 2 different occasions they gave me attitude. They roll their eyes when you speak to them. Today is the 15th of april 2021 19H25. Please check your staff. Very disappointed, disgusted actually seeing thats it happened twice in a row

The cashiers in this store always seem to be on slowdown, youd stand for 20 minutes waiting to pay while there is only two people on the line. Always the case when I visit them. As a result I even think twise before visiting them.

This is one of the branches in the city. Its a good shopping experience. The store has a lot of fashionable items keeping in with the current trends. The quality of some of the items are not great but the they do stock nice jeans for a good price. The store sells clothing, shoes and other accessories. The store is an average size and stocks a lot of the new items, as well as sale items which are the last of the sellers. The store is usually quite messy though, not very appealing. The prices are not low but the prices are competitive in relation to other stores. However, the shopping assistants are not that helpful as they are not very attentive and are mostly busy talking amongst themselves.

Love the clothes.. Its affordable and depending on what you like can get good quality items.. Love the caps as well.. Hated the management here at Canal Walk.. One lady on a month end shift.. Ridiculous!.. Popped into N1 City branch in the morning and what a difference! .. Smaller store. Friendlier Staff and Organized Pay Points.. Stood so long in the queue.. Pls hire more cashiers at Canal Walk

Honestly the fix has relatively cheap clothing but when it comes to customer service all I can say is pathetic... The fix has unfortunately fallen into a terrible stereotype that is adopted by most large companies - its all about money and no one actually cares about the customer.I experienced the worst customer service at the fix in Bayside mall as I bought an item yesterday and asked the lady at the till if I could return the item as it was expensive and I was not sure if it would fit. After returning to the store this morning with an item that was unworn I was told that it cant be exchanged and I was turned away by two very rude shop assistants. I will never shop at this store again and if anyone ever asks my opinion on this company I will say that they do not realize the value that customers add to a business, because without happy customers they wouldent make any money.I encourage the people who care about reviews to go to another store as this one is just interested in your money and the managers will actually lie to you to get you to purchase something but refuse a return the next day. Be smart, dont give your money to corrupt businesses like The Fix 👎

Horrible service on sunday. A queue of less than 6 poeple takes 45 minutes. Cashiers are on their own zone and taking their time.

I am emailing to express my disgust in customer service at the Canal Walk branch. It is the worst service throughout the country. Being a regular TFG customer I am utterly disgusted and hope the matter will be followed up. (28 October 2017) We were advised by staff in Parow Centre that Canal walk has 4 garments available of the particular item. We then made our way to CW. We approached the sales person on the floor who advised us there isnt any garments remaining. She told us we had to go to the front desk to find out, we went to the front desk where they checked on the system and stated that they do indeed have 4 items on the floor. We were told to go look ourselves and ask the sales persons on the floor. We had to request proper assistance from the staff. After 5 minutes the salesperson returned, and insisted there wasnt any items. The manager, andrea ( I stand corrected) arrived and stated that the items were in 30 boxes in the stock room. We waited another 5 minutes when eventually the manager arrived with the item in hand. At this moment we felt a strong sense of irratation from the staff as well as the manager. We thanked them for the item and got returned with blank stares. I confronted the manager and told her that this wasnt the first time we recieved poor service from this particular branch and the manager told me staright out it must be my face thats causing the bad service because she knows her team. Being a word class shopping institution this was nothing short of disgusting. I truly hope this will be followed up as I am sure this is not who you want representing your companyKind regards,Monray
