I ordered and paid online, after a week I follow up on my order to which I get this response:Hope you are well.Our sincerest apologies, however, please be advised that we cannot fulfil your order due to a stock out, and our attempts with regards to retrieving a replacement parcel were unsuccessful. The funds have been refunded back into your account and please expect the funds to reflect within the next 14 working days.For us to proceed with the refund process, please complete the attached document and provide us with the following documentation to process your refund:• ID Copy• Bank Confirmation LetterWe sincerely do apologize once again for the inconvenience caused.Alarm bells rang when I realised that there was contradicting information on this very email. It says that my funds have been refunded back into your account and please expect the funds to reflect within the next 14 working days. but in the same breath, it says For us to proceed with the refund process, please complete the attached document and provide us with the following documentation to process your refund to which I responded saying I do not feel comfortable sending my documents especially when theyve confirmed to have refunded me as per their email and included my banking details regardless.Im yet to receive my refund. I got a call from an extremely bored sounding young lady named Ntombi who I told the same thing. Ive sent numerous other emails.

The one star is for the guy that works there..He doesnt smile and hes rude. But I still love my new set❤️

I went to Steve Madden with my wife to buy something and there was no service, staff was busy taking pictures and playing. Until there was a white customer who came in and staff put back their masks and attended the other customers who had no intentions to buy anything in the store.

The guy that works there was literally the worst came in there to buy a nice pair of boots last year and he was so unpleasant and had a horrible attitude that I just left. Absolutely disgusted by the service I received.

Staff at the Canal walk branch are Not great to say the least. people unfortunately judge and do not realise that it is noticed.. the staff stood around and was slow to assist me or reluctant. they socialised and stared. i eventually left the store without making a purchase. if they were helpful and friendly , then maybe i would have made a purchase or multiple purchases. they should learn from the staff at the Istore or any other store in canal walk. Would not recommend visiting this store.
