I visited the branch in Canal Walk, before 11 the morning with a collegue to look at a garment. The assistant on duty was not in a happy mood at all and made me feel very un welcomed. Furthermore I greated politely and got a hi. She continued being busy just ignoring us being in store. Customer service is poor and she definitely have to go for training.😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣

The worst Customer Service Ive ever experienced 😩

Just spoke to the assistant named Amy who was so unhelpful not willing to listen or assist. One would think that retail stores like this will at least try to have the best possible customer service but instead so abrubt that they chase their customers away.
