I bought an Advantage Max (R6k Wetsuit) in 2020 just before lockdown from them and during fitment the sales person advised to take a Large. Its been hanging in my closet since then Ive now used the wetsuit once yesterday and it lets in a lot of water.Ive tried calling their number but it doesnt work. Ive left a message at Waterfront branch for the Canal Walk manager to call me back and still waiting.Apparently I was supposed to get a warranty email which I also didnt receive.Safe to say I wont recommend them and wont go back.

The prices aren’t bad but male shop assistant from yesterday needs to learn to use tact when dealing with customers he is making comments that are unasked for
