Worst customer services ever. Went in when shop was empty. The lady salesperson told me it would take half hour to change my fossil’s battery. I asked her why the long wait. She said there were other customers before me. I looked around the store was empty except for the male salesman standing behind the counter busy on his cellphone. I was there also to buy a watch for my husband as his previous fossil watch got stolen. But due to her unwelcome and abrupt behavior I walked out. Will never buy another fossil again. It’s not the first time we went and had terrible service. The jewelry shop on the ground level helped me and changed the battery in 10 minutes. Mmm with fossil you will never get any customer services after a purchase. Stay away from that brand at least if you’re in Cape Town. I have shared the picture of the lady in the store who was supposed to help me but didn’t.

Bought a timepiece for my to be fiance and the assistance and support from staff was really warm and helpful. From selecting a piece, customising and casual chatter.

Worst service you can receive. Fossil canal Walk . The lady in the store extremely rude and not helpful. They could not assist to replace my fossil watch battery. No after sales service with fossil .With Tag, after sales is always the best. Now I understand why fossil brand can never be like Tag.

3 months to replace a battery. For three months I was given excuse after excuse regarding my watch repair. The parts apparently arrived in month 1 and no one could tell me why it was taking so long to complete the repair. i was given the Covid excuse a few times.When the watch eventually arrived, all that was done was a battery replacement. 3 months to replace a battery!God only knows how long it wouldve taken had I not constantly called in to get status of repair....

I am truly disgusted in the service I received today at fossil canal walk. I took my watch to get the battery repleaced.They told me it will take about 20 minutes then they would call me. After 20 minutes I went back because I did not receive any phone call. When I came back they told me that they do not have the battery in stock. They could have phoned me the minute they saw that.Then when I had a look at my watch they have scratched it with some other tool on the back.I was planning on buying a new fossil watch but after this excperiance it totally put me off.

I am truly disgusted at the service I have received from Fossil Canal Walk Cape Town.I will never buy Fossil product again!I bought a Misfit watch (a Fossil watch) which I imported from the US to South Africa. The glass cracked for no reason which I then sent for repair at Fossil. I waited 2 months to get the watch and paid for the repair. Once day after I got it back the glass cracked again and I took it back. They again took it in for repair at the beginning November 2018. I phoned in January 2019 to ask if the watch was there and the guy said no, but they will let me know when it arrives. I phoned again today, the 15th of February, to find out the watch is there, and they cant fix it, they dont have the right glass. After 4 months that is what they tell me! The guy just says I should have got an message to say its done.DISGUSTED!

The lady at the till has no people skills. She irritates herself and just wants to get rid of you asap to assist someone else. Bought my watch and wasnt even given a bag. I had to ask her for one. Poor service.

Great service!

Went to exchange my watch at Canalwalk branch and asked them to take a few links out. They didnt put the pin of link in properly and as I left the mall the watch falls off. I am furious, how the hell can you mess up on something so simple with putting pin back to secure link properly... Are the staff not trained to do that simple task???

Well know brand with reasonable prices. You might get discounted price at their other branches, so dig more.

Worst sales assistants . All standing around gossipping, no help at all, asked to try on some watches, sales assistant looked like she wanted to kill herself. Did not speak at all. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Went to the American Swiss kiosk instead where the sales assistant was absolutely fantastic in his knowledge of the watches and overall sales pitch. Made a R3000 sale. Fossil ladies can learn a thing or two.
