You buy organic fruit veg and herbs that have just been picked. There are often different (but still lovely) ones than what is in the supermarkets. Then you go walk around the farm.a bit seeing the rows of veg, breathing the fresh air, interacting with the animals (only if you want to - no pressure) and then you go home and have delicious nutritious meals the next few days.
