I had the best experience at Lotus Beauty Lounge. I went in for a manicure that was done with the utmost precision, care, time and effort. The service is absolutely friendly and Patience really outdid herself taking my fussiness into consideration. So happy to have found Lotus!

I was super excited to get my waxing done here and made an appointment two days prior, received confirmation and a reminder email the day before.I arrived to staff that was surprised to find out I had an appointment and I was then told that the person who performs the treatments was off sick. I understand that but I am also super disappointed that this was not communicated to me before I arrived as I had scheduled the appointment to accommodate my work day. I’m going back tomorrow and hoping for the best but I’m already very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication.

Patience have been doing my nails since 2014 and me, being quite a difficult customer have struggled to find someone who is a perfectionists but found this in her. She works fast, neat and with care and is absolutely wonderful in her job and as person. I definitely wont go anywhere else again and cannot recommend her highly enough!! Do yourself a favor and make that booking!
