Additionally, Chelsea was able to provide suggestions that anyone getting married for the first time would never think of or imagine.There was never a moment from start to execution that as a client you felt ‘in the dark’ or uncertain of the stage of planning, or whether the vision you had was going to come to fruition on the day. We cannot overemphasize how Chelsea and her team made or dream day a reality.

To plan a wedding is a daunting task, not to even mention trying to plan a person’s special day while working full time, COVID regulations etc. Our experience with Chelsea and her team at WSW was absolutely amazing.Chelsea was able to guide us throughout the planning process (with ideas changing throughout!) with care, patience and utmost professionalism, while connecting us with the best and most appropriate suppliers as we went along.On our wedding day, we did not for a split second think about timing, logistics or suppliers. This left us with only one thing to do – enjoy our Wedding Day! And what an amazing day it was thanks to Chelsea and her team @ WSW!

Soon after getting engaged, my partner and I decided to plan our move from South Africa to the UK. It was pretty obvious that a wedding planner was definitely going to be needed - planning a wedding while moving countries and living abroad is near impossible! After stumbling across the Warren-Stone’s website gallery of previous weddings, picking Chelsea as our wedding planner was a no brainer…Chelsea was so supportive and helpful every step of the way and always ensured to keep us in the loop so that we felt part of the whole process. Not only did she accommodate every single one of our requests, no matter how big the ask, she also made the chaos of COVID-postponements an absolute breeze. From postponing by 6 months, then 1 year, and then moving it up to 6 weeks’ notice, we would never have gotten through the paperwork drama without her. Chelsea put together the fairy tale wedding of our dreams with very little effort from our side and her on-the-day support was incredible (something all the guests quickly commented on). Thanks to Chelsea and her team, our wedding far exceeded our expectations. I still remember walking into the reception hall and being absolutely blown away. I couldn’t recommend them enough!PS they are such a friendly and professional team, I still miss our catch up calls to this day.

We got married on the 14th February 2020 in Cape Town.Chelsea Warren-Stone was the person, who made this dream come true.She and her fantastic team managed the whole planning in very a structured and more than professional way. She was available 24/7, additionally to biweekly Whatsapp calls which were very straight forward as she brought great inspiration and always shared her valuable feedback on our own ideas based on her work experiences. Chelsea and her colleague Carmen shared minutes of our calls accordingly, which made it easy to stay on top of things. We espacially appreciated the creative input in terms of Decor planning as well as all of the organizational effort, which ran in the background.In the end it turned out to be the perfect day. The wedding day itself ran smoothly as Chelsea and her colleague Lanel were there the whole day, acting discrete but with a massive impact, keeping up with their structured ways of working. We had our wedding at Cavalli Estate about a week ago which was planned by Chelsea and her team.We were extremely satisfied with the entire planning process which began 4 months before our big day. The team understood our vision from the get go, and Chelsea and Carmens exceptional communication skills meant we were kept in the loop throughout the planning process. We particularly enjoyed working with the team on the decor, their creative input..AMAZING!Chelsea and the team are very organised, have exceptional project management skills, extremely reliable and high attention to detail. Given this was a destination wedding, the attributes displayed by WW gave us peace of mind and we were very confident in WWs ability to deliver on our special day. On our actual wedding day, the teams service delivery far exceeded our expectations and their professionalism spoke for itself. The team had to move our ceremony indoors as it was raining. This little hiccup was handled so well and the entire program were delivered effectively. The team even threw in a few surprises just to make our day extra special.
