I ordered cards with We Creatif for my wedding. I paid for the cards in full. However, prior to the printing of the cards I had to cancel the order as my wedding could no longer happen due to covid. On requesting a refund from the company owner I understood that I would have to pay the design fee as effort was put into designing the cards. However, I was sent an invoice statement stating that I would get minimal amount of my money back and would still be charged for the printing of all of the cards. I could not understand this as 1. The printers had not printed any of the cards, 2. None of the paper had been used, and 3. No further work had been done apart from the designing of the cards. The company owner proceeded to respond back passive aggressively to me, stating that I should contact a lawyer if i am unhappy. She said that I had received a product when all I had received was one sample card (see screenshot below). I then requested to get the blank cards back as she said it was paid for and could not be refunded - I received a wad of inferior quality card compared to what I had chosen and paid for.I am extremely disappointed and appalled that a company could treat their clients in such a way. I have also not ever been spoken to so rudely. I do not recommend using this company for any event.

Extremely disappointing service. Money wasted and lost.I ordered my wedding invitations with We Creatif. I ordered sample invitations and was extremely pleased with the samples. However, when I received the batch of invitations, the ink was faded, the envelope cardboard was replaced with cheaper paper compared to the samples and the ribbon colors were changed as well. All of these changes, done without asking me beforehand. When I contacted Lize from We Creatif, she had many excuses for the changes, one of which saying that I pressured her for time and hence she had to rush to get the invites done. However, previously when asked, she said that the timeline I had given her was adequate and never once mentioned that the quality/look of the invites would be altered due to the short deadline.Also please note that Lize says that it is the norm that all invitations that are printed in bulk will be faded and not as crisp as the sample she gives you.Furthermore, when I asked if at least the invitations please be re-printed, she proceeded to tell me that if I am not happy with her invitations, she will come and collect them and throw them in the recycling. She also said that my money will only be returned to me once she has collected the invitations. Alas, nearly a month later, and she still has not collected the cards nor returned my money.If you are looking for stress free planning and quality in your wedding stationery, look elsewhere please. We had to reprint our invites and she is still sitting with our money.
