We had the best experience we could ask for for our wedding ceremony in Cape Town! We planned the whole ceremony with The Event Planners from another country with the help of Madri who was very professional, helpful and just a lovely person who gave us peace of mind on this exciting but yet stressful day. Everything was of a high standard, from the photographer to the charming guitar player, 100% recommend.

We were visiting Capetown for 2 months after Christmas and decided on a very short notice to finally get married in Capetown on the beach - it was an elopement with only our two best friends and our little daughter present. Madri from the Event Planners helped us organize everything and we were absolutely amazed with the result! Of course you try to imagine something beforehand but dont really know how it will come out on the day, but this exceeded our expectations by far!Madri was so calm and relaxed which helps a lot when you get more and more nervous towards your big day, no matter how small the wedding is. :-) She gave me all the time I needed to decide on vendors, even though time was running short. It helps to sometimes step away from something for 2 days to look at it with a clearer look again later....We were at misty cliffs which can be wild sometimes. Madri told us afterwards that a freak wave came while they were setting up! But when we arrived everything was perfect, Madri super relaxed as if nothing had happened. Amazing! She even thought of making some videos of us to send to the family- the only videos we have today - thank you so much for thinking of this!!! It was an amazing day and unfortunately went WAY too fast! If I would ever get married again or organize a wedding for someone else, I would only choose the event planners to work with. I don’t have enough good things to say about The Event Planners. Nikki made our wedding planning process absolutely painfree and exciting. She thought of every detail and made sure that we could focus on enjoying our day. We loved every second of every bit. We will recommend her and The Event Planners’ services to anyone!

Where to even begin... We were recommended The Event Planners by a friend and after meeting with Madri we decided she would be the perfect person to help us plan our big day. She set up meetings for us, she came along to meetings with us and helped coordinate everything for us- from choosing the stationary, the food tasting to the venue decor and flowers. She suggested vendors for us and never overstepped or pushed ideas on us- always letting us choose what we wanted. Madri always made sure we knew what had to be done or paid for on a timely basis (it was so helpful having someone remind us of these things).I never ONCE felt stressed about our big day. And when I walked into the wedding venue and saw everything finally come together for the first time, my heart was so, so full. The venue was beyond beautiful and it was everything I expected and more. I have Madri and her great team to thank for making it the fairytale wedding that it was!Thank you again for everything :)

From the first time we contacted Madri, two months before our wedding day, to the actually day, and after - we were treated with such professionalism, timely and consistent communication, great suppliers and genuine advice. I was based in Pretoria and my husband in Candada, all our requests regarding adding elements of our culture into the wedding, as well as having a Baha’i Wedding - Madri was able to coordinate it all. Everything went according to plan. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.We also used the Event Planners for a intimate surprise birthday party, although very small, Madri and her team went out of thier way to help organize it.
