Poor standard of customer service all round. Tried using the business twice and unfortunately Ive had a problem on both occasions. I would not recommend hiring from Mac Style Hire or refer anyone to use their services.

Excellent service. Went above and beyond what was expected. We needed to hire stretch tents and other items on the last minute on 2 occasions now and Zak and his team delivered both times with their amazing service. Will highly recommend.

Hand down the worst place to ever hire from. They make you sign an acknowledgement that you will take care of and return clean goods to them, however the goods arrived dirty and damaged. Some of the goods I could hardly make use of. False advertising indeed. What you see on their website is not the same as is delivered. Chairs were disgustingly dirty. Some were damaged. Sequin tablecloth totally damaged. Full of candle wax and holes. Disappointing does not even begin to describe how I feel about this company. And now I have to fight to get my deposit back too :( :(

We used Mac Style for a large Christmas Lunch. They have a huge range of items and we were very happy with the service from their team. We will make use of them in the future. Thanks Guys!

After a previously supplier had disappointed me last minute for my daughters birthday party,I am grateful for the last minute assistance and ensuring we had everything we needed delivered setup and collected. There were a few things the Owner did not have at time but went out of his way to source it on a Saturday morning just hours before the event. Thank you once again for the service and efficiency.
