Salaries are often paid late. Staff who leave are not paid their salary or outstanding leave. High staff turnover due to financial issues. Intense workload (16+ hour days, 6 days a week). Engineering staff not permitted to take leave between August and May due to seasonal demands and high turnover. Constantly changing demands. No clear leadership
