Absolutely disgusting service. Actually no service as no response to e-mails , WhatsApps and no answering cell phone calls. The agent Jacques only responded and immediately when I used foul language in my last WhatsApps and told me he was too busy to reply and did not want to deal with me. People do not give your properties to them to sell there are plenty of willing agents.

They do not disclose defects of properties on the Offers To Purchase. They do not return calls, SMS or emails. They do not hand over keys at the arranged time.Many of their agents are not registered as agents with the Estate Agents Affairs Board. Over all bad and unpleasant experience.
