We are extremely unhappy with the service we have received from Seeff. The rental agent, Ashleigh, does not respond to messages, did not info us when the rental was overdue, the tenant they highly recommend has become problematic and when we requested a face to face meeting to discuss Nancy, the Manager, requests that we come out to Blouberg during working hours. This however was not the precedent when they were trying to get our business, when they came out at all hours to get their documents signed.
