I needed a floor sander for the weekend and was struggling to find one, I contacted Coastal Hire, who intern made contact with with there branches, 10 minutes later I got a call to go to Montague Gardens, where Gerhard was expecting me and had everything ready for me. Rentals are always clean, neat and well maintained. The staff go out of their way to assist you and service is excellent this includes management, counter staff and delivery guys. They never try to overcharge and honest and never tries to over sell their rentals for more costly items.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Process of hiring and return was seamless, with all documents conveniently sent via mail for tracking purposes. Equipment was in excellent condition and was set at an affordable rental price.

Called ahead to enquire as to the availability of what I was looking for. Once availability was confirmed I went straight to the store to find that the item was prepped and ready to go. Very efficient and friendly service which continued through until the end of the rental and me returning the equipment. That has ensured that I have been back to Coastal Hire Montague again.Even through the Covid masks the smiles were apparent.I highly recommend this store!

To say Im blown away with the service I received from Gerard and Jason at coastal hire is an understatement. It was so surprisingly, that I was so unfamiliar with the service I received. Let me qualify my statement.. usually it requires much effort, friction from the client to resolve any hiccups that may have been experienced.
