What a disappointment. WE have been customers for many years, we have 3 riders in the house, 15 horses ..... Just last week alone, we spent about R5000.00. This week we want to exchange one pair of unused chaps, still unopened in plastic and with price still on (same price as what is currently in shop) .... AND THEY REFUSE .... Policy they say ... what about customer service????

Also willing to get specialest equipment in where necessary.Delivery to out laying areas is a huge help and definitely aids in making this a very convenient an easy to use tack shop.
