Wow how friendly can you get? , helped me and went out of their way they had the correct size screws and they where only R4 ....thank you staff .

Moved into a new flat and needed a bunch of random doohickeys for low level maintenance. Impressive variety of products for a smaller hardware store.Staff also spent a lot of time assisting me to make sure Im properly equipped (and gave good advice) for an entire weekends DIY!

Im not a fan of writing bad reviews but... I visited this store last night and this morning, and unfortunately had to deal with the most hostile and unhelpful lady.Last night was hostile, and my goods were poorly packaged (even my handyman commented on the packaging, with all the money you spend there, youd think theyd give you nicer packaging).I got there about an hour ago, and she was so unfriendly and unhelpful (AGAIN!)- wouldnt let me finish my sentences and was acting like I was bothering her (I was the only customer in the store, and only spent about 5 minutes there). This lady was so rude and disgruntled, I decided to walk down to Jack Hammers- where I was well-received). I even asked her if everything was okay with her.Renovating is stressful enough, it doesnt help to be met with such hostility at a place Ive trusted for years. I wish the other lady had helped me- shes always helpful. I recommend some form of customer service training

Regular village with good advice and help as well as a wide range of stock for those emergency weekend repairs. In Gardens Centre who offer 45 min free parking on the roof top.

A small store but it has everything. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to help.

My favourite little hardware store, best place to pop into quickly if you need odds and ends like double side tape, screws, batteries for gadgets, touch up paints/cleaners/sanding, common plumbing parts etc etc. They also cut keys there. Their staff can also help if you need some DIY stuff done like installing/fixing locks and others odds like that.

Seem to always have the globes I need. Helpful staff.

This is a tiny hardware store, but they will probably have what you need for your weekend DIY, when much bigger places dont. Helpful friendly staff too.

Hi there. Just got back from your store. Online it still says that youre closing soon - 7pm and its only 6.30pm now. You were CLOSED at 6pm! People actually check this info, so please update as other hardwares do. We are under lockdown and cant make unnecessary trips. This is an emergency though, as we just found that an underground pipe is leaking. Some places advise to please call ahead due to the lockdown, but you dont, so we took it youre trading. Very inconvenient!

I love this store - they almost always come though in a pinch, especially for the basics. Staff are very friendly, and helpful.Plus, theyre open till 7pm! This has been a lifesaver on a couple of occasions.(Dont be a jerk, support a local business.)
