Good for Asian student and useful to move(Uber is so cheap)

I went to EF Cape Town with no expectation or whatsoever but Ive returned back more than satisfied. The school has a similar vibe to the one in Nice, but this one is way better. The school is located close to the downtown and is visible (not like EF Nice). Friendly staff, nice interior, great classes and cool activities - you will feel like at home. Hats off to the activity team because (despite the well-known African time) they were more organized and on time than the French team!

EF is a professional and serious language school that gave me the best times ever. I could do it over and over again. Not only the location in Cape Town is stunning but also the school itself with the best staff members that stole my heart

I am very upset, with this school..I was just told that a student was put out by me the host...That is why tvvy are not paying me.I did not put her out, she left our house..she enquired at school the day before for a single room..

The Capetown EF team cant be beat! They are close people, who help you with any request you make and try to make the classes enjoyable! The location of the school is very successful as it is located in the city center close to restaurants and shops.

After some misunderstandings with my host family (justified by the simple language barrier). I didnt like the demeanor and the way one of the Ef assistants addressed me and another schoolmate.The lady who works for Ef Cape Town did not want to understand that I was sick because of the too spicy food which prevented me from going to school… She simply said that it was mine to adapt to their culture and traditions. In addition, she told me that she could call the police because the family had informed her that I was coming home after curfew, which is completely false.Presumably, she didnt want to find any solutions but only to kick us out of the foster family.I am really angry and sad at the same time because I think there was a big misunderstanding about the language with the family but this lady did not want to listen to me and help me.

I spent 2 wonderful weeks in EF Cape Town, despite the cold in August! It is a destination that is clearly worth the detour! Between the diversity of the landscapes, the culture of the country, the activities offered by EF and the friendliness of the school staff, there is no need to hesitate for long! As for the residence where I stayed, City Chambers, I also loved it: my room was spacious and clean, the kitchen was well organized, the atmosphere with the other students was really nice and then it was right in the center - city therefore close to shops and entertainment. From school, it is only 20 minutes on foot. My only regret will have been that I didnt book another week! I therefore highly recommend 😊

It is crowded.. and the best thing is to come to them and your level is average, but for a beginner, I do not recommend them at all..

Good attention and good teachers

The EF school in Cape Town is really nice. It is very central and only a few minutes away from the supermarket and restaurants. The decor is very nice and cozy and there are plenty of places to relax. Especially nice is the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of Table Mountain! I just missed a heater, as it was quite cool in the classrooms in August and the toilets did not always work. The staff are all very nice and helpful and the teachers are very motivated, so the lessons are very varied and great fun.

Followed a course two months ago at EF Cape Town. Cape Town itself was great, my favorite city. Unfortunately not to talk about EF. You should not expect too much from the accommodation, I eventually moved. The lessons are not very serious. Quality of lessons depends very much on teacher / teachers, and large classes. Atmosphere is good, many activities. Focus more on many parties. They have also passed on private data from me to third parties. I recommend booking a course and accommodation yourself if you are going to Cape Town.

Extremely disappointed by the schools services and responsiveness, coaching staff. Very expensive establishment for nothing. I spent 2 months there and I regret this choice, there are better schools in Cape Town at more reasonable prices.I do not recommend this school.

I spent 3 weeks at EF Cape Town, between the months of November and December 2015. The school is modern, recent, and the staff really friendly. Major asset, the director of the school is French, so, in case of concern, a French interlocutor can help you permanently. Moreover, an emergency telephone number is communicated to the students, which allows to spend a stay in peace.Classes are taught in modern classrooms, often equipped with computers and iPads. Only ten students will take classes with you, allowing you to progress faster and easier. On the other hand, the teachers are very available and attentive, providing courses mainly based on oral, teaching method dear to EF. The international mix is ​​respected, and the school counts only very few French pupils, ideal situation to progress as fast as possible.Both the residence and EF school are located in the heart of Cape Town, and close to all amenities. The activities are many: paragliding, Cape Good Hope, Boulders Beach and its famous penguins, Robben Island prison, insane mall at Victoria & Albert Waterfront, South African vineyards, beaches, safari ... The EF staff dedicated to the activities will be happy to help you!I definitely loved my stay at EF Cape Town. Moreover, I noticed a real progression in my mastery of the English language :)!
