I am shocked at how pathetic their customer service is. At first they seemed very helpful, but sadly never made there own deadline once. I had to ask for my quote after 2 weeks. When I finally received my quote a week after asking for it again, they had quoted incorrectly in quantities and their quote didn’t make any sense to begin with. The quote was valid for 10 days and I’m still waiting on them to answer my queries regarding the quote, that was almost 20 working days ago. Really shocking that a company still has its doors open with service like that.
