Poor service at its best at this place. All they do is looking at you and pass yet youre parked at the loading bay with a paperwork in your hand, trying to ask for help its like youre bothering them yet youre just a customer

I was satisfied with the way they handled our transaction 💯. I called first and was transferred to the relevant department. I then asked for a brochure of which was immediately emailed to me.On my visit to the company for quotation. I was warmly welcomed by securities at the gate and gave me proper directions to the reception. I ididnt have to wait and was attended by a good consultant and got my quotation. I was there for only 5minutes and got all I needed.

This place has gone from being an impeccable supplier for well over a few years, great customer service, speedy delivery services to answering no phone calls, never have anything in stock, accounts getting blocked after being paid on time. When you have a query, no one is helpful and is deemed as confidential and can only be discussed with the credit insurer which also doesnt answer calls.

Holding on for about 10 minutes before I could speak to a salesman..Not good

The first time I got there at 11:50 they said they close at 1 and by the time I eventually received a quote it was 12:30, I then proceeded to the collection point only to be told they close at 12:30.The second time I was there I asked and got quoted for mild steel elbows and received cast iron elbows. Huge hassel to get the goods, the whole process takes about an hour. Not worth my time to return the goods and ask for the correct items. What a waste of time.

Very impressive set up, wanted to buy Chromobeck sheeting you pay at a counter then drive your car into the factory they loads up your order. You then drive out they check your invoice and goods..done.

Their website stated their business hours, drove 2h40mins to be on time on the 23 December 2020. Waisted time and money. Disappointed 😕

Waiting period is far to long

Well as the name says, they sell steel. What is impressive is their safety and security. Unfortunately they have gone over the top with ridiculous security at the entrance. It takes far too long to process all the people coming to collect and makes them irate and it wastes time. After all, it is just steel that they sell, NOT gold. It is counter-productive to the efficiency of this business and an unnecessary security feature. The people that come there are short on time and need to be in and out expediently. There is nothing wrong with having security, BUT there is everthing wrong with annoying clients. They need to address this problem urgently.

This is where you buy all your steel products, even fluid service availible. I am sure you can buy some steel or stainless or pipes cheaper somewhere else, but when you need something its there, yeah you gonna wait sometimes, but its cos they have everything made of steel and have a lot of big customers. Just be patient.
