This Medical Insurance Plan , Does NOT Pay Bills . I am handed over from ARREAR accounts that are outstanding since January , i have begged and pleaded and after 100 of mails and telephone calls up to date they are NOT settling Bills, that was originally provided a GOP (Guarantee of Payment ). I do not recommend them at all and must now log complaints with Medical Ombudsman , Hello Peter ect ...
They dont pay doctors fees and then you are liable to pay doctor yourself. Doctor is listed on their list and we phoned for auth on all visits beforehand. Will not recommend anyone to join them. I have 5 doctors fees that i must pay from a year back. Unacceptable
