Great first experience with SPM Embroidery. I had small cooler bag I wanted embroidered for a friends birthday, with a deadline of 2 days. They sorted me out within a single day! Really grateful for their quick & friendly service. I can highly recommend SPM Embroidery.

Placed our second order in October. After following up numerous times, spelling corrections & just very bad communication. We have just been informed they can not assist. Thank you for waisting 3 months of our time. A word of advise next time be honest & advise your clients from the beginning very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Does not cater for individuals. Takes money in advance and do not complete jobs. I waited over 3 weeks for two items to be embroidered, the owners response to me was if you dont like it - you can come and fetch your items.
