Had a huge order done by Pikanini - overalls and golf shirts for all my workers - came to 96 items - Sybil and her team very friendly and VERY helpful - theyve assisted me in a VERY professional way - they had the digitizing done, made me a sample and still finished before the due date.What I like most of them is that they dont have a limited amount - it can be 1 up to 1000 articles and theyll still be willing to assist.Ill definitely recommend them to everybody and Im moving to the Eastern Cape next year but will send them all my stuff to do.10/10 for Sybil and her team

Terrible customer service since the lovely Sybil has stepped away. Poor communication resulted in an order being withheld without notification. Auto-response emails (first time a supplier has sent me this) are infuriating especially when the emails sent are denied to have been received!!????Lol! Then they fired me as a customer!!!Weird in this economic climate!!! Altogether a sad day for customer service!!!

After 3 weeks of promises and excuses, I was no closer to a quote let alone a finished product. Im sad to say that this is the 2nd time I attempted to get work done through them and the 2nd time I came up empty handed and disappointed. Definitely will not make the same mistake a 3rd time

I would just like to warn anybody considering using Pikanini Embroidering to save themselves the trouble and find another company straight away![ I handed in one Chef jacket to get a small logo embroidered to see how it would look, before getting all our other company clothing embroidered. Over a week later i phoned to ask if it was ready to be collected. Sybil the owner then apologized and admitted she had forgotten about it. I returned the next day to collect it only to find out that they had lost it! I can not understand how they are still in business. Extremely disappointing experience! ]

CRAP CRAP CRAPThe business is run by a bunch of people that has no idea what is going on in the business!!! The spell words wrong, print on wrong garments, they do not let anyone know if there is a problem after confirming that the item is ready for collection, the assistant Karin is colourblind and the list goes on.....
