This company shouldn’t even get a 1 star review. It should be zero. Do yourself a favour and NEVER use them. They were contacted through our insurance to do an assessment for a claim that we had on our gate. The assessor came out and told us one story and then told the insurance company a different story resulting in our claim being rejected. Then we tried to phone them and find out why the stories changed and spoke to some obnoxious and aggressive woman accusing us of swearing at her when we referred to being “screwed”. She blatantly refused to help and put the phone down.

At first, I thought they were okay. But, I will advise STRONGLY against using this extremely poor service provider. They send out technicians that reccomend I purchase my own automated gate parts and fit it myself. Then, the owner of the company denies that they will ever do that and calls me a liar. Thankfully I had witnesses so it will be taken further on a legal platform. This company is the pinnacle of horrendous service. Do yourself a favor and hire the professionals to do the job, not these palukas.

Absolutely useless technicians came out as part of an alarm insurance claim, were entirely unable to diagnose the problem and instead reported the issue as insect infestation because he spotted a whole 2 ants..

I will not recommend. They were sent through my insurance. The technicians that came out did could or did not fix what they were suppose to as per their own assessments. Very unhappy and not satisfied. My system is still not in full working order and I did not hear from them after the work was completed

We did not Choose this Company as with most people it was forced on us by our (previous) insurance company. Really poor service. The Unit installed was not done properly. No codes provided.

I will never recommend them to anyone... poor work ethic and dont even speak about the workmanship. They dont care about customer satisfaction.
