I sent an email, which after 4 days was not replied to or even acknowledged. They dont answer their customer service line. Disgusted at this level of arrogance not to reply to customers, and will boycott this company and their products in future.

Customer service does not respond, online support does not respond. Media Box is 6 months old and stopped working. Have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone from Media Box to respond or give me assistance with no luck. Would not recommend buying this product as streaming stopped and mid watching any of the subscribed streaming services the Media box would switch off and go back to Home Screen. It has now stopped working completely with no access to any of my paid subscriptions. The helpline number just rings no one answers, online assistance is the same, no response from so called online agents and no response on what to do when mailing any of the 3 emailing addresses available for this company.

Bought 2, it works with dstv only for a small time then it stops, phoned, emailed and chatted, they dont even reply

Does this company actually exist. The device I bought does not work. I have tried numerous attempts to make contact with their support using all the advertised channels and no one gets back to you. Emails go un answered, phones just ring. How can @TakeALot and Google endorse this product or company if the product does not actually work.

My biggest problem with this product is that after a certain period your device will lose its certification, then you end up being told to use backdoor methods to use the same apps youve been using for years without fail. I too, have the mx3, and i cannot even use Streaming Apps such as CinemaHD anymore because this device is outdated. So what does the company do? They offer you a deal to buy their latest device, yets theres absolutely nothing wrong with your current one. They went from mx3, to mx4, now theres a Ranger!?!Ive got a 6 year old cellphone which still uses the latest apps, yet a 2 year old mediabox is outdated according to Google! This is truly ridiculous

I have the mediabox mx3, its saying there is a upgrade available and when i try to upgrade it goes as far as 1% then it fails?I cant watch my dstv now coz it doesnt want to upgrade even though its connected to wifi!!Pls help!
