I would recommend Desert Rose to anyone whos struggling with skin problems. Ive gone for a microneedling treatment a week ago. Oh boy! Am I happy with the results, of course.😁😁😁 Skin feels like a babys bottom. Shehaam is really great and always ready to answer any questions you may have. I cant wait to complete my series of this treatment. 🤗🤗🤗❤️

I went for my tattoo removal test patch and wasnt happy with the outcome, i have a very bad scar on top of my unwanted tattoo and the scar is not flattening. Not so good as advertised

I enquired twice about the non laser tattoo removal process and the lady was very unprofessional. Her tone was some what condescending which is why I decided to go with another company..purely based on service. I would not recommend this place..based on the pathetic service Ive received..Id give zero stars if I could.

Well.... We stayed in the hotel facilities which were somewhat weird but alright. No bathrooms in the rooms. No TV. No fridge. But an AC, comfy beds and the bathrooms are still clean and very fancy. Very central location! I just wish they would have a safe in the rooms.

My girlfriend and I went for an intimate wax at Desert rose. The service was excellent, the therapist was professional and made us feel very comfortable. Since this was my first wax I expected some pain but it was not painful at all. Very kind service and we are pleased with our experience at Desert rose. Well definitely be heading there again soon. Definitely recommended 💪

What an unfortunate avoidable experience. My wax experience was good...better than most therapists out there, but the overall customer experience left me feeling robbed. Out of principle, I cannot return to Desert Rose despite it being conveniently located and they agreed to see me 30mins earlier than my original appoint appointment.Made an appointment a week ago asked if I can use my Entertainer voucher for my one area booking made. Only to discover at payment this morning, that i can only use my entertainer if I had 2 areas waxed or brought a friend.When making the booking for 1 person for 1 area none of the above was mentioned to me. If it had all of this could have been avioded. The receptionist maybe needs to get of her cellphone and focus a bit more on the customer.  Ive been an entertainer app user for 3 years and with all the beauty vouchers Ive never had an issue before now. Ive either paid half price, gotten a free voucher for next time, or brought a friend.Shihaam (therapist, manager, owner- I dont actually know) was in no position or had no interest in finding any solution or attempt any compromise for the miscommunication but was more than okay with losing returning clients.Business must be good with the customer service approach Desert Rose has adopted. What a great pity!

I went to shehaam today for collagen induction therapy. All I can say is wow. I was very anxious before the treatment started but shehaams calm and nurturing nature made me feel so at ease. During the process she was so gentle and made me feel very good. Once the treatment was done I was expecting to be as red as a tomato but there was not a red line in site. She the. Offered me a complimentary brow wax. Even during the wax she was amazing and gentle I felt nothing a. I would definitely recommend her. Thanks shehaam.

They dont even deserve 1 star I made a booking well in advance as a birthday gift and when I showed up there my appointment wasnt even in the book. The story i got we didnt have books and the appointment was written on a page which was not copied into the book. On top of this someone else was in my time slot and i would have to wait a hour before I can be helped. Birthday gift almost ruined due to their unprofessional service!
