DO NOT USE: I got them in for an Electrical and Plumbing COC as I am selling my house. With the electrical they had a list of what was wrong; including that earth needed to be restored to 3 plugs. I opened up the plugs they were referring to and saw they all had earth. Called a local electrician for a second opinion. He tested all the plugs in the entire house twice and all of them were perfect. He ended up doing all the work they quoted for and more stuff that they missed and I ended up paying less than half what was originally quoted.With the plumbing; again they quoted for stuff that were not issues and missed three leaky taps which needed to be replaced (among other things that obviously needed to be sorted out); which the second plumber picked up and fixed. I ended up paying more for plumbing than originally quoted for, but least the work was on stuff that actually needed doing instead of stuff that was working properly.Rather go directly to a local electrician and plumber when you need a COC.
