Used Technogroup to upgrade my existing bathrooms - plumbing / lighting / fans. Installed heated towel rails, moved existing lights and changed just about everything...Any issues - due to my numerous changes - were dealt with swiftly.A year later used them for my compliance certificates.Professional, courteous and efficient.

We sold our house and they did the inspections to give us our certifates. They did so many unnecessary repairs but we thought seeing that Rawson referred us they must be good and professional. They even removed our roof and we had to get so many new things. It cost us alot of money.They also did the inspection of the new property we were going to buy. When we moved in and it came winter. The roof was leaking insects coming from the wood in the entertainment area. The water pipes were making noises, when I called them they said its pass 6months so they cant do anything. I dont know how and why they provided certifates to the owners that we bought the property from with so many faults. This company is out to make money! Next time put yourself in your customers shoes when do inspections, ask yourself would you like people to do that to you! Buying a property is not easy. We have to now spend more money to get people to do repais

Have used the company on a couple of occassions. Once for an emergency plumbing repair and also when I sold my home for certification. Both times the company was professional and delivered quality and friendly service.

I used this people to do the inspections and to do the necessary repairs. After NUMEROUS calls we still do not have all the necessary certificates. Absolutely pathetic!

I Have only received services from there Electrical department but have had a great experience. The Electrician had good knowledge and advice and are also doing Quality Inverters.

Very thorough, good experience

This was n stress, money trap, be aware!! Quoted R4500 for plumbing in order to give a certificate after inspection of R450 and the fitting needed cost R200. Everyone needs a place in the sun, but this is dailight robbery. Gas was also an issue, got someone to do the work for more than a third of the price they quoted, but they dont want to do the inspection on someone else work! Get other quotes!!

COC certification

Worst company ever! I am sitting with a house we bought that they issued COC for and it is not compliant. The certificates are not worth the paper it’s written on. I had an issue with my geyser and got a plumber out today, who stated the geyser is not up to code and this is not the first issue we have had with you. If my geyser had burst, insurance would not of covered the damages and I would of held you liable for all damages. You are liable to get my geyser up to code!

COC Inspection. Staff very professional.

Came and did a electrical and water inspection and decided to get a 2nd opinion which was R2000 less. Queried with them and still waiting for them to review their quote a month later. These guys charge what they want cause they know you need the certicates to sell. Not a happy customer
