We have used this supplier for a long time and were very satisfied over years. Then the wife of the founder took over and ousted the founder - who supplied always very best service - to dominate the business. At that moment service level dropped substantially, material delivered and installed turned out to be defect and promised repairs didnt happen over years. When exposed to the complaints, the wife opened a totally hysterical communication, did shout at us and other customers and left any area of professionalism.Since Dereck is no longer leading the business, you better stay away from this service or you get ripped of and blamed in the most primitive way
