I purchased a house and QC compliance came to do the inspection, there was no water to the house but they still reported on what needed to be done. That is fine but it is impossible to check for leaks from taps without water. Once water supply was restored they repaired the geyser compliance issues and I had to point out leaking taps for them to repair. Unfortunatley I missed seeing the en-suite shower taps were also leaking - appartently now this is not their problem as it was not leaking when they repaired - I was there when they carried out the repairs and they never entered my bedroom to check the ensuite bathroom. Now they refuse to fix it saying it is a maintenance issue - I find the company to be unprofessional, make blatent lies and would never recommend them.In response to your comment - I said my door was shut, not locked - I did not prevent access, just kept my dog from getting underfoot. The reason the shower was not used was that there was damp on the wall presumably coming from broken grouting around the shower drain. This had just been repaired and I was advised to wait before using the shower. Please remember I was only at the house from Tuesday on the week you affected the repairs and during the day. I was not yet living in the property hence not showering or bathing there. Obviously I saw the kitchen tap issues when I turned it on for water to clean the property. I did not access the shower as the tiler repaired the broken grout. It was only when I moved in on Saturday (of the week in which you affected repairs) and the grout had dried that I showered and noticed the tap. I will consider this matter closed and request a suitable plumber to effect the replacement of the washers but your entire response has been to shift blame and be evasive when the onus is on you to ensure no dripping taps before a QC can be issued - this was not performed.

Accidently damaged the property they inspected. Owner or manager not able to front up to the problem and avoided communication.

Husband contacted the company regarding a fault electricity box, seeing that they issued a clearance certificate for out apartment. Giving us the run around About what to do . Instead of sending out someone to come and have a look. Trying to push the blame on somebody else, insted of assisting. Will definitely be taking this case further.
