Had my generator installed to my DB board. Brian was spot on, on the pricing and did a great installation.

Requested and received quote for installation of oven and hob plus change of plugs. Work was done late on a Saturday afternoon and I was issued with an additional invoice and asked to pay immediately. Which unfortunately I did. European plugs were replaced with incorrect plugs just because they did not have any with them. On pointing it out I was assured that it will be corrected and replaced the following week. Final invoice was only presented afterwards at what time I discovered that I was charged again for the installation of the oven and hob plus the requested European plugs with 2 and 3-point socket. Questioning Brian on invoice I was told that he will stop by to discuss and correct where necessary. Work was never completed regardless of how many times I contacted him. I emailed, whats up and called; at first he made appointments which was not kept then stopped responding to enquiries. Invoice with double charges not discussed or corrected. I had to pay another electrician to complete work that was promised to be finalized by the 4th of December 2020

Ive used Brian and his team for every renovation project, as well as my own private house, since I met him 3 years ago. He is a true gentleman with impeccable manners, and delivers a perfectly executed job every time. He goes out of his way to resolve things if necessary, even months after the job was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Brian for all electrical work. I hope to continue making use of his services for many years still, and wish him every success.
