Cheaper than Builders - found same light fitting for R300 less! Also good variety and they also stock whatever fitting they have on the floor, so no waiting! Very helpful assistants too who are efficient and friendly! Better than Zebbies and Aurora too.

Always a long slow queue. Staff do not appear to give customers their full attention, easily distracted. Not uncommon for a sales person to get whisked away to help another customer or disappear for ages.. Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait....But variety of goods is great and they will try and source if they dont have. Maybe thats why one has to stand in such slow queues

Wow. What customer service from each individual. As a female who is not articulate with my electrical needs, they were patient and never made me feel incompetent. They listened to my needs and suggested various options. I cant wire things so they have a service (minimal cost), and do it for you. This is a great shop and the staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. However, my experience today was marred by the lack of control over social distancing due to unnecessary crowding There should be a limit to the number of customers admitted at any one time and the excess should be politely asked to wait outside. There were also no screens protecting the staff from their multiple encounters with the public.

We were rather disappointed at the selection in the showroom, a hardware store franchise had a bigger variety of light fittings. The prices were also more expensive for the same items found elsewhere.

Super unfriendly and downright rude lady at the refund desk, i would be mortified to know i had an employee like that working for me in a customer facing role. I do not mind waiting in a Q to get my stuff, but to be outright ignored, no thanks.

Queues too long.This was BEFORE lockdown.Many visible staff looked like they were attending to internal business rather than manning the sales points.

Cr*p customer service. We wanted to buy a product with that the desk agent could not advise on a delivery date and it was nearly impossible to persuade them to take our contact details to make us aware when the product became available.

The ocassions that I have visited this store, I have received very good service. Product offerings is great. Also received a good discount at that time for the 15 LED lights purchased. Parking is right outside the building. I suggest you go here early in the morning as they do get very busy.

No response to emails sent, no telephone etiquette, you get cut off or put on hold while you are still trying to explainiwhat you need, or if you actually happen to finally speak to someone.. its the wrong department, the person you the ACTUALLY have to deal with is off from work and someone will call you.. and this never happens..

Not a great selection and staff were not helpful in recommending an alternative. In fact lied and said Eagle lighting were closed at 1 pm! They were actually open til 3 and had a much wider range.

They have a wide variety of products but sales assistance from lady who dealt with me was dreadful. After being called over to her she took a phone call and after 5 min of that, putvthe phone down and started messaging someone on her cell. When i asked her if she was going to help me, she reluctantly produced an invoice so I could pay. Not the 1st time I have had this type of service here

Checked shop hours - said you close at 5pm and drove 10km to find the doors shut at 4h30. If your hours are new because of Covid please update your hours on the web.

Generally long queues with loads of people on the phone and maybe only 2 or 3 people getting helped at a time depending. Best to phone before and make sure they have everything than wait in the queue to be told they dont stock whatever you after
