I called desperate for them to help my wife with a burst geyser. The said they would be glad to help. She then phoned them explaining its an emergency. They said they would help. The guy she was then told to call said he didnt want to be there can he rather not talk her through it. The following day when calling them they said they would come and give a quote. Never pitched. Called at 16.30. Boring.
