I still find it hard to believe that the level of service that these guys provide actually exists.I had a power failure during the first test between the British and Irish Lions and the Springboks. It was immediately clear to me that there was a willingness to assist even to the point where Rory suggested that we could do a video call where he would troubleshoot the issue to not only ensure that I get my power restored asap, but also to save me a callout fee.Once my power was restored and Rory was happy that everything was safe, we made an appointment for them to come out and do a root cause assessment after the weekend. They arrived on time, was quick, thorough and professional. The parts needed to complete repairs were sourced within a day all while updating me continuously on progress.A big thank you to Rory, Tammy and Joha for the friendly and professional service! I’m still happy an in disbelief with the service I’ve received from Tammy. I still can’t believe she managed to assist me with an electrical issue I had over the phone , saving me a Sunday consultation fee. My own building insurance that’s I’ve been paying for 17yrs couldn’t assist me over 2days of frustration however Tammy helped me in minutes. In fact, I’ve also received a lesson on how to conduct similar issue going forward . Tammy is the BEST :-)
