I visited Retreat Electrical on July 2nd, 2021 - at the height of the third wave of the pandemic. 5 of the 6 staff inside were not wearing masks and did not put them on when I entered. I asked them to put their masks on, and one of them refused, claiming he was far enough away from me. This is during level 4 lockdown restrictions and while we have had a mask mandate in place for more than a year. I phoned them later to speak to the owner and was told he is seriously ill/hospitalized with Covid and unable to take calls. I am appalled at the audacity, selfishness and rudeness of the staff and would never support this business again.

I have visited this store often in my diy phases! Serious electrical stuff too! Quick and knowledgeable service.
