I use two of their products, the Dual battery charger and a solar MPPT. The MPPT I have used for years now without any problems. I have tried one other local manufacturer before them but I much prefer WRND. I have only used the dual battery charger for a few months now but so far so good. Spoke to the guys at WRND before installing it and I had no trouble getting hold of them. Keep up the good work.
Really good service and quality products!
Bought item and promptly delivered, but when the charge controller packed up, i recieved no support. Phoned 8x times and sent sms but to date no reply. Will not recomend due to no after sales service.
I bought a MPPT 120A solar regulator. Paid for it, and that was the last I heard from WRND. No reply to emails, does not answer his phone, does not respond to SMSs. I am frustrated. It is now 4 days since I send Wean proof of payment.
