I dont know how Elex khanyisa got a tender from COCT to install prepaid meters in private homes, very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and a total disregard for law abiding citizens, they simply disconnect your electricity which you paid for, and are unable to provide any identification when asked, saying and I quote... They denied us access and simply disconnected the electricity, and continued to joke about it saying... And I quote Let them suffer. When contacting Elex khanyisa office their staff tend to play around and make a joke of you, from the receptionist to the supervisor. I will NOT recommend elex khanyisa to anyone that needs electrical work done.

Its a business, not a retail shop

This company, as a service provider, sadly, recommended by the COCT electricity department has no concept of customer service, or what it means to deliver any form of service. After incorrect information supplied, promises to return calls, I eventually raised the matter with the manager. The manager then apologized, sadly however, the response or rather lack of response and follow up from the manager had been even more dismal.
