While the owner of this company seems informative and knowledgeable the service is very poor.Firstly the there is no communication: the company does not inform you on the details or give an estimation of the amount of time it will take - this may seem fine but we waited three weeks. Baring in mind we only had one car - the owner knew this. We phoned in between and when we did we got minimal information - again no estimation of time and the owner failed to get back to us when we asked him to.Secondly when we finally got our car back it was faulty. oil leaking and now we have to take it somewhere to have it checked out. A place we HIGHLY recommend for their service and standards (Rosenpark Motors). My husband observed the workmanship and noted that pace at which the worker worked. Very very slowly.Whilst these seem like good people I must say I am very disappointed, will not be doing business with hem in future and will not recommend anyone else does unless they seriously make some changes and step up their game.
