A testing center is supposed to be prepared for on-site proctored exams. I was early and ready, they made me wait for more than 30mins AFTER my SCHEDULED start time. Its completely unprofessional and adds unnecessary pressure on the one taking the exam.Its not difficult to be prepared for people writing exams at your facility.I wish there was another place to write on-site proctored SF exams in CPT.Just an overall lack of professionalism.

Every time I have an interaction with you guys I have a horrible experience. I waited 20 minutes outside your door while hearing people laugh inside, the reception desk was empty as you can see through the door. I eventually had to wait till another student came out to let me in. I came to come fetch my certificate and still waited an additional 15 minutes inside although I called before coming in. I am so happy and am done with CTU. I learnt more Googling vs the almost no material you guys provided. 60K wasted. I was at the Century city branch but the whole CTU is really rotten. Please stay away. First teacher that we had was a student the year prior and didnt know much. We complained to him but nothing was done. He eventually left and we got a better teacher but most of the course duration was over. We were suppose to do international exams but that never happened. There was always an issue with PCs and logins. Internet was always and issue. Assignments were all over the place. No toilet paper in toilets. I eventually got a job via current employer prior to CTU as a developer only to find out that I have been taught almost nothing and that I need to start over. 60K wasted. obviously none of us wanted to complain about the teacher in the beginning as he still needs to mark our assignments at the end of the day. The whole class felt this way.

Very nice facilities and easy to find.

This Place is completely useless. Most of the facilitators are decent and helpful to the best of their ability. but management is a joke. admin is a joke. nothing gets done unless you constantly request from them for weeks on end.as an ex student from last year 2018 that is still waiting 1 year later for my certification. i will not recommend anyone waste their money on this place. the education you receive is mostly self taught and not worth the excessive amount you pay.

My experience with all CTUs in South Africa so far has been a lack of facilitators. Spent 2 years at CTU self teaching myself the MCSE:BI and MCSD course. More than R50 000 a year to not have proper internet, and to be stuck in a class without a lecturer. Query whether or not there is a qualified lecturer available before applying!
